there is no one approach that will successfully support the wellbeing of all individuals.

The science of wellbeing has revealed that different initiatives work for different people at different times. Schools require more than a cookie-cutter approach to building the wellbeing of their staff and students.

The Positive Education Certification (PEC) Program is delivered with the understanding that teaching is a craft. Educators are the experts of their own contexts, bringing their unique strengths, experience and creativity to their daily practice. PEC provides teachers with the education to understand the theoretical and evidence-based pathways to build the wellbeing of their students and themselves. They are then supported to apply this knowledge in their unique contexts.
