Positive psychology coaching sessions

Unlike consultation, mentoring or training, positive psychology coaching is a client-driven approach that integrates the latest research in wellbeing science with the coaching method to support individuals in all facets of life. The effectiveness of positive psychology coaching lies in the client-led, goal-focused, action-oriented nature of the sessions where change is initiated as clients uncover personal insights via deep reflective questioning. Individuals are supported to take ownership over action towards specific, meaningful and intrinsically motivated change.

Each session is grounded in the deep understanding that the client is innately resourceful and capable and, with guidance, can leverage unique opportunities to create meaningful change. Rather than “fixing what’s wrong”, each session is driven towards positive action, moving clients from where they are to where they want to be.
